Is in that a opening to bring rid of adjectives daydreaming?
It's not that I daydream while in the middle of doing something, but when I indulge in daydreaming for some time, my mind will purely feel sluggish and unfocused the rest of the day even after I stop daydreaming. Often I'll be doing some job and moving too slowly or if I'm having a conversation the words just won't come out of my mouth. It's like when you achieve drunk, you still won't feel sharp the morning afterwards. I feel that I would be more alert and motivated if I never daydreamed at adjectives. I don't think simply keeping busy the whole day is paying special attention because that takes just as much willpower as suppressing the daydreams, and tons activities that I enjoy aren't always available. As long as I own unresolved issues and desires, the cravings are always going to be there, so I prefer a method that doesn't require constant maintenance.
Best Answer: Daydreaming is in shape. Many people believe that daydreams (and night dreams) are certainly a way we work out problems, but sometimes it's hard to understand the purpose of a dream. Otherwise, eat healthy, get exercise, and seize a good nights sleep. That will help you make smaller the number of daydreams.

Just think about the repercussions of daydreaming: resembling for example, me daydreaming about this guy I have a crush on who i have solely met three or four times and dont even know properly, and who is dating another girl - what good is it doing me to waste my time thinking about something or someone that is to say not worth it?
