How long will it purloin St Johns Wort to own a distinct effect on depression?
I'm planning on taking SJW soon and I want to know how long it takes to kick in. I've hear that it doesn't help everyone so I want to know what I'm looking for.
Best Answer: St. John's Wort is best with other supplements -- Omega 3 Fish Oil, Gingko Biloba and Ginseng. Vitamin E will also help it see in faster. Start with a little smaller amount of the additional supplements at first with a bit more Vitamin E and St. John's Wort than you're planning to take on a regular cause. When you feel like your mood is on the upswing, take it to what you choose as your baseline height and keep going. If you get side effects from the other supplements, like fishy breath from the fish grease tabs, cut those back but don't cut back too far on the St. John's Wort.
