How can i relieve myself from my loneliness?
I'm as lonely as a bone and to get things worse i just hate everyone surrounded by the street, their noise, all, i walk looking at the ground and i use telephone all the time, in school everybody think im a freak that deserves to die, i can't talk to anyone unless it's a urgent matter, i just quality bad around people, i tried therapy but i a short time ago enter protection mode when asked too many questions, and it keeps getting worse everyday, what i should do?
i own absolutely NO friends, i just... don't feel close to having one
Best Answer: This is a suggestion, to me it sounds like you are not much of a people entity as you say you hate everyone, the way they bearing and the noise etc. Deep down you wish you had a companion. I would suggest perchance getting a dog. It worked great for me, she is my little baby and means a lot to me. They afford you unconditional love and importantly they get you out of the house. Take them on regular walks, it gives you something to occupy your mind near and can be great way to meet other people who also tramp their dogs. You have an instant grounding to start a conversation! Of course a dog is a big responsibility and you must take care of it properly by researching the breed you buy and knowing what it entail to take care of one. School can be a very difficult item to go through you must remember that kids grow up and as an adult life will diverge do NOT worry about being popular or what kids say-so. They think you're a freak that deserves to die, who cares? you are not here to impress anyone and you don't have too because you are better than them. Let them dream up what they want. Try to find happiness within yourself and what others think will anticipate nothing to you. I wish you the best.

I understand you completely. Maybe you have social anxiety resembling me. I don't know also how to deal with it. I try to talk to those but i get so anxious and fearful that i cannot think or be relaxed. it's a torture but there are more citizens like this. I be just like you, but worse! I couldn't talk to other culture at all, I'd just ignore them or not be capable of speak. I used to hate evryone else because I told myself they were just adjectives fake, and I hated my college counsellor because I told myself she just did it for the money, she didn't really carefulness at all. But then I realised actually it be my problem, not the other people's. It was my fault I wasn't being talk to and people ignored me, because I did nothing to reciprocate. That's why I have no friends, because having friends requires both sides to make the effort to acquire to know each other, and I just didn't bother to do that. If you hate other population, it's not really a surprise that they don't talk to you. Really, everybody gets nervous just about meeting other people, and not many populace will keep trying to talk to someone else if they get nought in return. That's not their fault. So I told myself, well, I'll own to talk to more people, or I'll end up alone contained by my flat forever, and that's just not healthy. I started getting really depressed about it, self alone all the time, to the point where I was almost suicidal. And I thought, very well nothing's worse than death, right? I can't rely on someone else to see that I'm lonely and help me, that's selfish, I'm going to enjoy to help myself. So I started joining clubs that I didn't have any previous interest in, but didn't require a specific talent. Like going on organised walk, or joining reading groups. And I told myself, these people I'm going to meet know nothing going on for me or my personality, so I'm going to be a totally new person around them. I'm going to be interested surrounded by them, answer questions with proper thought out answers and ask some myself, hold up my end of the conversation and say-so just what I'm thinking. And if they all think I'm some sort of freak, I'll merely never go back, I have no commitment to these groups, I lately don't have to talk to these people again.
