You need to actually meet beside a psychiatrist who can evaluate all of your psychological/mental symptoms and with a medical doctor who can assess your physical complaints. You certainly enjoy way too much stress in your life. Stress is a organic part of being alive, so having no stress translates to individual dead. However, when you experience TOO much, you get both physiological and psychological symptoms. It is really impossible to sort out all your symptoms. Even near one on one, personal intervention, you have so much going on that it will take some effort (and time) to sort it adjectives out. One area you can investigate on your own is environmental illness (EI). It can account for frequent of your symptoms. EI is a disorder of this century. It is the result of living in a world that is increasingly more and more polluted and toxic. To compound the problem of increased pollution/toxicity, our food supply falls severely short of providing optimum nutrition. Without adequate nutrition, the body cannot function optimally. And short adequate, balanced nutrition the brain cannot function optimally either. So our diet falls short of school assembly our nutritional needs (which includes nutrients needed to clear toxins from the body) while our environment places increased demands on our nutrient stores. It is a great tool to use to move your go forward. Eat as healthfully as you can. Eliminate junk foods and increase your intake of whole foods. Get a good, suspended multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and take it faithfully. Take an extra B100 daily as okay as a good EFA (essential fatty acid) formula... your nervous system needs these to strengthen itself. It's effortless to wish that someone else would/could fix our lives for us. Truth is, the one and only person who can product the most of the life you have is YOU. Educate yourself on all the ways to create a fighting fit YOU. That means building skills in all the areas that affect your time and your (physical and mental) health...nutrition, exercise, relationship skills, stress management, time management and more. That chronicle may sound overwhelming, but you don't have to learn it adjectives at once. DO make a point of learning something new respectively week. Slowly but surely you will build the skills to manage your life more effectively. Meet your personal challenges head-on near a proactive approach. This doesn't address every item on your list.
