How do I achieve into honourable sleeping traditions?

I usually stay up very late (early hours of the morning). Even if I get deeply little sleep the night before I stay up nearly all dark. Two nights ago I stayed up late (6 or 7am) and slept until 2 pm. That night I didn't progress to sleep, waited until morning got the bus home and slept in and around 2 hours on the bus. That dark I stayed un until four am and got up at 4pm. Now it's 07:50am where I am and have stayed up adjectives night again. I like being alone at dark. I like the peace and quiet of it. Whats wrong with me? What can I do to go and get out of these habits?
Best Answer: Exercise, but not within 2 hours of bedtime. Have a warm hip bath, or shower, an hour before bedtime, then a glass of thaw out milk, possibly with Horlicks, or one of the herbal teas, below, and use dimmer lighting. Put your mind in a position where it desires to shut itself off, and sleep. See insomnia treatments, in much more detail than can be included here, in paragraph 3, at ezy build, below. Use one of the relaxation methods, in bed, after lights out, in sections 11, 2, 2.c, or 2.i, but they can bring some time to master, (Progressive Muscular Relaxation excepted) so learn and become proficient in their use during the day. An alternative is to use the EFT, surrounded by section 53, saying to yourself: "Even though I sometimes have a sleep disorder, I overwhelmingly and completely accept myself." (or choose your own wording) while you use the acupressure tapping. Find out which works best for you, in the daylight hours, so you will be prepared, come bedtime. For frequent people, a good idea is to develop a set "snake down" routine for the last hour before bedtime, so your subconscious mind learns that it is time to put thinking aside, and prepare for mindfulness, (awareness, in need cogitation/purposeful thought) or the EFT, in preparation for sleep, but the idea with mindfulness is to not even contemplate about sleeping: just drift off, easily, during exercising those techniques. Avoid TV, computer, or anything exciting in this hour, although reading a BORING! book is a good theory. I suggest that you try using the EMDR variant, in section 3, on page A, prior to the mindfulness, or the progressive muscular relaxation, but after the EFT, if that method is chosen. Experiment, to find which combination works best for you. I also use it prior to my chosen relaxation technique, after lights out, at hours of darkness. Get strong light, preferably sunlight (even if overcast) soon after waking in the morning, to reset your circadian rhythm. Your bedroom should highly dark, after lights out, and a good sleeping temperature is 70 F, or 19 C. No daytime napping. Have a cup of chamomile herbal tea, an hour in the past bedtime, and employ many of the techniques surrounded by section 3. Nothing wrong with you.Just have a discouraging habit which you can change.No coffee after 4pm and no excuses go to bed at 10pm so you can seize a good 8 hours sleep.Burn a candle or incense before you go to bed to quieten you.Also cammomile Tea is fantastic.Makes you sleepy.Good luck

Yeah I like the quiet of being alone at darkness too. When I was a teenager I used to go out until 3am consequently sleep a couple of hours then go to work feeling wrecked adjectives day. But I thought it was cool. No wonder I'm sick now. But at present where I live is hot and noisy by day so it is cool within the sense of the weather now, and quiet to stay up late. Well you could conceivably loean your computer out to someone for a while. They can entertain us quite easily adjectives night, and the Teev if applicable. Really though it comes down to discipline. Now you want to change so that's a good sign. Don't you enjoy any work in the daytime? If you have any job, institution or anything then you have to make an go to regulate yourself. A long time ago I joined a group who get up really early to meditate. It is so nice to do that I want to jump to bed early. Yet still in this hot weather I stay up late beside the quiet and the computer. I also easily get insomnia and that's even worse than man unregulated. Do you ever take any natural therapies or herb to help sleep? And avoid coffee? That can help. Health food shops have a big supply of herb for sleep. Early morning exercise is another great reason to go to bed early. Think roughly speaking being healthy! Sorry I'm not full of great ideas for you but someone here will be. I'm purely empathizing.
