Am I still alone or did I stumble on astral projection?
Anyone ever heard of it.
I hadn't until today.
But its oddly familiar
Ever since I be little I used to do this thing at random sometimes intentionally sometimes not but very occasionally, anyway.
I can do this out of body experience where
I can say my name and look at my house or family connections and they all seem so far away,
like they come across so unfamiliar and I realize this bigger picture that I'm a living being forever and It's like my pet name and my body and my house and all that stuff is so useless and insignificant. It's like I'm looking down at myself, as a whole other self. Its like I'm not a human anymore I'm this spirit or this state of mind that floated away and I can see my body and my life and it seems so unreal.
You assume I'm crazy right? lol I'm actually pretty normal but I guess I"m super smart or insightful i guess lol
Sometimes I can get to this state of mind intentionally by repeating over and over things resembling
"my name is Sanna" or
"This is my body"
or just thinking about living for an eternity.
Just wondering if I'm gonna crack up and loose it some daytime or if this is a type of astral projection

its the exact opposite its completely inside of me, like in my mind.
I could assistance less if you don't believe me, It's not like I feel close to I'm the savior of the world or that I have some special power.
