It's 3 am and I can't sleep!?

I suffer from severe depression and I have weird sleep schedules. I can't ever sleep and when I do it's for 10+ hours. I inevitability a way to balance this. Every night I stay awake until daylight and I'm tired during the day. I act like I'm nocturnal. Is nearby anything I can do with out being prescribed to medication?

i have a weird sleep schedule alot similar to yours too. but i honestly am not hugely bothered by it, because im still able to live a normal life newly fine, even if my sleep is weird. see a specialist if you want, but if its not a huge deal to you, dont worry roughly speaking it

If you're on an antidepressant during the day, you may need a sleeping pill at night. At any rate, you'll own to train your self to go to bed at a certain time every night and gain up at a certain time every morning for 30 continuous days. Stick to it and stay in bed even if you can't sleep at first. (you can read lying down). That will ingrain your new sleep customs for you. i have the same problem but i now how to fix it i mull over. go a couple days of the same messed up schedule so later you are kinda normal. sleep from 4 am till like 3 pm for a couple days then verbs an all dayer. sleep in till like 5 pm staying up adjectives night and all day the subsequent day wont be too hard, don't use any stimulants. (Caffeine etc) You will easily be competent go to sleep around 9 or so. in order to hang on to this make sure you are waking up before 11 or 12 and shut down your computer formerly 9 and don't be on the computer for like an hour before you want to be sleeping. and not to condone illegal happenings but self medication of low doses of THC seems to make falling asleep more pleasant. (not too much, just a couple hits but produce sure to hold it in)

i got the same problem as u the derpession and everything and when my sleeping gets out of wack i lately sleep during the morning like 5am till 12 lunch time then go to bed at around 8 or 9pm till morning it happen to me on and off my scedual gets on and off

Mate exact same item with me its simply because you have nothing worth getting up for, thus dont consistency the need to get a good sleep. Find a situation that you enjoy doing and the battle is almost won. Also i find if been up adjectives night, is to try and stay awake until the following night(coffee's a good idea) you atleast know you'l get a worthy sleep and wake up at a resonable time..

I used to have a sleep schedule similar to yours. There are two things you can do to fix this problem. The 1st piece you can do is continue to stay up all night but don't dance to sleep during the day. It will wipe you out and by 9 PM you will be out. The other thing you can do is schedule a day after day activity that you have to do. Like school or work but do it during the hours of daylight. Just discipline yourself.
