I own a totally suicidal persona...?
i had a nervous breakdown not long ago..i have totally serious mental illness and nothing seems to back, I have split personality, schizoid disorder, extreme depression, the list go on.today i had a vision of me actually butchery myself.
when i have these nervous episodes anything seems possible. its approaching i go insane...i lose my mind, i am afraid that something terrible will happen.
conversation to people is not helping. i do not trust them, and they do not truly care for me, i can see it in their frontage. I am slowly going mad, nothing is helping.
something terrible is going to transpire!

Best Answer: Have you been clinically diagnosed by a licensed psychologist and/or psychiatrist of have split personality disorder (now called Dissociative Identity Disorder--DID), schizoid personality disorder (SPD), and depression? If so, later it is going to be hard for you to listen to the naive advice that citizens are giving you on here such as "go out and have a good time" or "engineer true friends." If you truly have these clinical disorders, then it is going to take like mad of hard work to work through your emotional and psychological disorders. Perhaps going to a clinical psychologist/psychiatrist would help you--their specialty is helping associates with your exact types of psychological problems work through their disorders. If you truly have DID (split personality), then you may not be capable of control some of your urges and/or actions, and, therefore, you would benefit from seeing a mental health professional at the double before that happens. Please trust me on this! I know you feel similar to you can't trust anyone and feel like they don't really care, but I can assure you that they do--it's their chore to remain trustworthy and confidential. You are always in their best interest.

1. (No offense, bc this refers to everyone on here) Stop spending so much time on the computer. I'm not even sure that you do, but IF you spend a lot of time on the computer, start trying to dance out and do other things. EDIT: Let me continue on this because it just sounds mean how I moved out it. Try to find friends that you have fun with and just try to swing out more with them. The more fun you have, the more you will forget about your problems. Sometimes race just need a little more fresh nouns, and it'll make a world of difference. 2. Find the things that trigger your thoughts. Is it movies you watch, people you consult to, books/websites you read, music you listen to. Something in you life continues to brings these thoughts to your mind. Find your triggers and get rid of them. 3. Find a different style out of the stress. Think about why you haven't killed yourself yet. There is something you expediency that is the reason that you haven't done it. Hold onto that and whenever you have suicidal thoughts, rapidly try to get them out of your mind by thinking of what you enjoy or value! 4. Find someone to collaborate to. Find someone that you trust and who you can confide in and let them know what's one your mind. *IMPORTANT* - from experiences I've seen, sometimes some society just arn't ready to hear things like this. Maybe your best friend isn't the best entity to talk to about it because of how uncomfortable it make them. Find someone you can trust and who wants to listen. I know it's hard for someone with you long stream of diagnosis, but you inevitability to find a friend(s). It doesnt mean you need to spend every waking hour beside them, but it could seize the loneliness from your soul. What are the things that make you happy? There have to be something. Some people like to read, write poetry/stories/etc, draw/paint, exercise, etc. You have to find your resting place. I agree going on for the psychs not caring because they are only doing their job. you enjoy to find a really good therapist - you'll know by chemistry. Talking and receiving expensive advice is a great load of your shoulders. Don't give up on counseling.Related Questions...
