Best Answer: You really should turn and talk to your doctor about all these symptoms - they are possibly due to stress, but you should go and get checked out in case it's anything else. You sound approaching you are a bit run down, and having 3 young children can wear you out. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water and attain as much rest as you can. Try and get along to a local mother and toddler group where you can meet other parents and chat going on for the things you have in common. Enjoy your children! They will grow up really express. But have some "me" time as well. Perhaps your partner will look after them while you go out next to friends or join an evening class. Hope you feel better soon.
