so im really upset and depressed rite now on top of bein angry. how can i get adjectives these emotions out in a healthy passageway without crying, and without yelling and screaming, i be hurt by someone i love a lot, pretty much family, and its over something stupid but i've let this personage over rule my life for too long, so how can i just get these ambience out in a healthy way, someone please aid

I find driving surrounded by the city and venting toward other drivers is my release. You dont know em yer not gonna see em again and probably wont be seen yelliing anyway. I have a mild brain injury and find i tend to hold anger issues. this way I vent, feel better and don't injure anyone or let stuff build.
