does any one have any idea what can fill you up and not be fatty food?

Best Answer: I can't put in the picture you I don't know how much food you need I don't know your situation so advising you would not be sensible. Talk to your counseller and ask them what foods you could eat. Most carbohydrates are not fatty.

Do you mean you want to be filled up (so that you're not hungary) but in need putting on Weight or eating fatty food? If so, meals that have chicken, rice, pasta, lamb, beef, bread will adjectives fill you up because they are high in carbohydrate and protein level. Try spag bol, pasta bake, paella, risotto, spanish omelet, normal omelet, fajitas. If any of them have include butter substances or cheese or fatty foods, after just use less or take them out or use something similar. Hope that help :)

heya, um ably i have an ED and saw a dietrician. the idea is 3 meals and 3 snacks a year to keep your matabalism working well. erm filling but not fatty foods are close to rice cakes, crackers, more filling foods will also be like your pasta and bread than within moderation arnt fatty at all. maybe you could ask your docter to be reffered to a dietricain to help go and get meal plans together? ive found it really helpful, hard but effective. ... just an idea. good luck. xHow do you cope near extermination?
Breads, pasta , cereal and potato's ( mmmm pulp ) and other carbohydrates are pretty filling up and not fatty. They're meant to be eaten more than the other food groups and confer you energy. Just a suggestion though.How can a caregiver receive give a hand?

Since you already have a counselor giving you healthy food advise, I find that drinking a full cup of water before eating a feast is one way to get that "full" feeling. Learn "portion control" when intake a meal. Once you get used to eating smaller amounts of food, your stomach will shrink. This will bestow you the sense of eating a large meal as you will seize full quicker. This is how I handle my eating disorder. I hope this helps.who have talk themselves into hell?
