I disagree with the "doctor". There are better ways to deal with depression than taking pills. Depression and melancholy is sometimes a normal response to the sh*t that happens in existence. Don't let the medical industry tell you that being despondent or depressed isn't normal. Anyway, I would suggest just talking to some one first. Like a angelic close friend or family member. Then decide whether or not to bring back medication or therapy involved. Most people just attain down some times. It's normal. If you think you're too down and too sad.
