Okay ever since I was 17 I started having all these dark mares . I will be 22 in july. Either I am being chased by someone or some one is trying to kill me. I'm a really nice girl I achieve along with every one I had bad dreams when I be a kid but never like this. I end up running out of my room screaming. IT takes me forever to peaceful down. I don't know if its eating late at night or what. Every darkness it's like this I end up sleep walking too. I have be under a lot of stress . I really don't have a sleep routine. What is cause me to have all these night mares for? and how can they stop?

first i think you should probably receive ur sleep routine straight, then deal with anything is stressing you, because stress can also cause these problems ur having. this happens to me allot too. when every i'm stressed i capture nightmares that i wake up screaming or crying. but whenever the stress goes away i feel fine again. instead of ingestion late drink a warm milk to relaxer you and also helps beside sleep.
