I'm at the point where on earth I'm trying to verbs myself out of a depressed cycle. Lack of gusto is a problem. More..?

I'm thinking of transisioning back into a more normal state and take some responsiblility. I can't turn back to it all in sometime, its really stressing me out and I am trying to get my energy back. I spent 3 days sleeping and describing myself "I give up". Finally I realized I was starting to attain worse physically and emotionally so I changed my tune. Now this is the hard part. My muscles are stiff, achey and resistant to motion. I'm still irritable. I feel resembling I'm in some kind of therapy. Any tips to carry me going, and feeling better?
Best Answer: Exercises. Exersises. Exersises. Even if it means walking to the store, or the library, or somewhere. Do something everyday. I ride my bike every day (not because I want to, but because I own to). I can feel the difference in how my body feels when I don't. If you increase your excersise, ENERGY will come.

Listen to your favourite music,not stuff that keeps u premonition sercue in the depression but happy uplifting stuff.Take a walk, ring a friend, do some painting...whatever you like doing. Take it daytime by day and see what happens,chances are you'll lately gradually start to have more energy and quality better.Get some anti depressants if you're not already on them
