If I'm doing mass watcher's, will I still gain counterbalance while taking/starting lexapro?

What are ppl talking about when they speak zaps in the head? Iv'e been on zoloft presently for quite some time and never experienced that.
Best Answer: I think the reason inhabitants gain weight on Lexapro is it makes you more "docile" and laid back. That is the origin I take Wellbutrin SR with my Lexapro - it gets me going and motivated. The "brain zaps" are something you experience if you win off an SSRI (Lexapro, Zoloft, etc) too quickly. It's basically a "withdrawal" from the medication. You own to wean off them very slowly!! Both Zoloft and Lexapro are SSRI's and you shouldn't have any different consignment problems with one over the other. ..
I take generic Wellbutrin SR (150 mg) in the morning, and Lexapro (10 mg) near dinner, for depression and anxiety. I've been taking that for over two years, and it's working very well for me. The Wellbutrin SR seem to help me to be more alert and active - and wanting to do things - while the Lexapro makes me more mellow, and it help me sleep better, too. They are relatively low doses of each medication, which keeps side effects at a minimum. I really can't tell I'm taking any medication at adjectives.
