What do you do if youre sensitive roughly everything?
There are little things that bother me, like small meaningless comments that my friends say, facial expressions, one homework assingment, little things basically.
I have an idea that its a big deal all the time. When my friends speak sarcastically I mull over they're teasing me and I get mad more or less it. Everything is such a big deal for me.
This needs to stop, I'm too sensitive, is their a way to congeal up? To get mentally tough? I'm not sure, please help =[
