Dizziness? Is in that a connect to my disorders?
I have GAD, SAD, and Depression.
A lot of the time when I sit down, I feel the room is spinning and i'm really dizzy.
But I don't notice it when i'm standing.
I don't see any grounds for me to feel like i'm spinning.
Does this link to my skipper or is it something else?
I don't take medication, smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol or anything so it's not that.
Best Answer: Anxiety and stress can give these symptoms. When you are standing you say you don't spot it. This could be because your mind is occupied.

I suffer from depression and other mental health problems and have never heard of depression cause dizziness. I think you should make an appointment with your doctor who will know how to help, there might be a physical cause bringing up the rear what you're experiencing rather than a mental one. Could be a result of a poor diet. Could be something to do with your blood-sugar level.
