Best Answer: I really ruminate you have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) I have the same condition. You can look on the pattern for tips on controlling your OCD and also you can see your GP. Dont worry about it as its very adjectives and can affect people in different ways. Its based on 'compulsions' that population have where they feel they hold to do certain things otherwise something bad will happen when really it wont. x
