When is the best time to sleep for 13 years old? My skin is going bad and my mom said if you get plenty sleep it will be ok
Best Answer: about 10pm except for weekends, as for your skin, your only 13 so don't use makeup or slap crap on your face. here's a dutiful trick to do in the morning. fill the sink with heat up water and rinse a flannel or cloth and cover your face, don't rub but dab and wipe, this will open your pores, then wash beside soap then rinse with warm dampen, then empty the sink, fill it near cold water and dip your face in the COLD river for about 3 seconds and dry with a towel. You will surface seriously refreshed and doing it daily will ensure a healthy looking skin and a smooth and nice complexion. drink plenty of sea, and sleep.

i'm 17 and sleep at 3 am... but thats because I'm busy. Now people be pratical 13 year olds go to bed 12/1 o clock. But I believe a good bedtime for everyone is 10 pm. It's not likely a person will sleep 12+ hours. So you won't leftovers your day :D

Depends on when you need to attain up in the morning for school. At your age about 10 hours is just the thing. To help your complexion, drink lots of water, no soda pop, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies and here is the number on entry to avoid: Chocolate. I know that really sucks but that's the way it is. my dear...get the minimum of 10 hours of sleep everytime you going to bed,it doesnt matter at what time but the best is at darkness cause less disturbance. as for the skin,despite of water and satisfactory rest,u need to find skincare product that suits you..cleanliness is important too,like adjectives your finger nails..taking shower before you sleep etc. =)good luck!What is the significance of mentally viewing oneself?
