someone mentioned "ha you might be pregnant" and now im so stressed, like crying and freaking. The chances of me human being pregnant are so slim, yet im absolutely freaking. My boyfriend didnt reply to a message i freaked out! and i know rationally that he didnt reply because his phone go flat - but i still get upset. I have exams soon and i know i understand the topics, on the other hand im still convinced i'll fail. Last time i had this feeling i go into severe depression, im so scared it is going to happen again. What can i do to stop this? There is a public holiday tomorrow, so my doctor is closed.
Best Answer: You are like I am. I will own anxiety, depression, etc. until I know what the answer is to something. I bet thousands of people are going through what you are going through right now. Just keep thinking positive to yourself that here is such a SLIM chance of being pregnant, that there is zilch to worry about. Try to be patient... here is nothing you can do until you see the doctor. Can you buy a self-test kit for pregnancy? This may help to put an appendage to your worrying when you find out you are not. Just about every month I used to worry until I was sick that I be pregnant. After years of going through this, I never was.

Welcome to the club! I am pretty a bit better about it these days, but I am a worry wart. It can really be unpleasant when it get going. Exercise helps, especially walking or running (or any combination). Unlike primary depression, in which walking seems better than running, the tiredness of intense exercise seem to wear out the worry machine. I am not a musical person, but if you are, music may facilitate, too. Singing along is even better and helps me although there is very little music I approaching. Avoid sugar. A little isn't a problem, but sugar highs and crashes are not what you want going on. Also avoid alcohol or other drugs - if it works it can lead you down a path you will regret.
