Best Answer: I am assuming you know all about EFT; hence, I will not take the time to talk about it. I have the worst anxiety disorder for 3 years. I was afraid to leave the house, see my friends or do anything without suffering from anxiety which made it complicated to breathe and my heart would pound really hard. My life was a living hell! I be taking sedatives which finally stopped working for me. I went to an acupuncturist for anxiety and he also taught me EFT. I used the needles once a week for 20 minutes and the EFT everyday at home when I feel the anxiety coming on. My anxiety was completely gone within a month. YES! I do use EFT for anxiety and it does work. I would not know what I would do without it! I also use EFT for subsidise pain and many other emotional and physical issues.
