Best Answer: I enjoy been in similar situation at some point of my life but i solved my problem by doing a self analysis. i realize that i was getting short tempered because i was bored of my brief and needed a break. i left my job and went for trekking (because i LOVE trekking a lotttt) and also arranged plentiful small trips. i did everything that i had been craving for and now i surface soooooooo light and i crack jokes like i used to do in advance and i dont fight at all. i just dont be aware of angry now. You need to do things that u like, u inevitability to do some self pampering. how about going for a shopping for yourself?? Also, try to meditate because it also helped me. Believe me, you will be aware of the change right on the first day. Get up buddy and make a ruling to make yourself happy, and then solely u can make people around u happy. Good luck!!
