Do you believe someone next to Asperger's can own empathy?
Best Answer: Yes I do, depending on how high their level of functioning is. A low-functioning asperger will have much more difficulty developing this than one who functions better. Usually asperges nation also have developmental delays, those ones are less possible to develop true genuine empathy unfortunately. They can have empathy but like mad of times it is gained when they are older and have have many expiriences in life. I give attention to it is somewhat possible.
I have known asperges people. One, who be very low-functioning with an IQ below 70 is very self-centered and unempathetic. He doesnt own the ability, sadly. I know another who is a little high in functioning and she did develop a little bit of empathy. I also know a guy who is very dignified functioning with asperges, almost to the point in which you cant even tell. He is the most empathetic out of adjectives three and has the capacity to care, but not as much as somebody in need the disorder.
