I ruminate I'm have nouns attacks, what should I do?
I am 12 and I think I am having panic attacks! I looked up the syntoms on the net and they all match! I don't know what to do? I thought you got nouns attacks when you are stressed but right now my life is great! I don't know if maybe the stress in the past is catching up on me? Should I talk to a doctor about it? Is there something that can be done?

"Hey I think I'll have a madness attack for no reason other than I'm bord and want people to settle attention to me." How come the majority of poor people never get them, and no, it's not because they can't afford to go to a doctor, they only just don't get them!! But you think they would, you'd think it would be an epidemic among the poor, who hold a very tough life. Maybe it's true, people are at their best when they are stressed; they own little time to worry about meaningless things that happen to them. I started have panic attacks at 13. When you feel as if you are about to hold one, just think of something that calms you, or sit down and count subsidise from 10-1 with your eyes closed. Talking to your parents is the best thing, cuz they would be more than happy to comfort you get through this.
