Why do I bite my skin and chomp through it. Is this similar to a sign of cannibalism?
And when it like bleeds, I usually feel a bit satisfied. What is this in the order of? Its a total bad habit.

Best Answer: It's probably on the same height as nail biting. I think it's just a on edge disorder. Just be careful not to get bacteria surrounded by those wounds. Also, if the area you are biting is not completely clean, you can pick up germs in your mouth.

I do it sometimes too. I just infer it's a form of Pica, it could be due to a health deficiency as well, such as iron or something, especially if you don't get through super healthy.
