I am sooo stout i own SEVERE man breast and am extraordinarily depressed?

i seriously want to eat like 5 chocolate laxitives and $hit out all my grease, like i am that depressed and I'm tired of beig fat, do you think i will lose consignment if i eat like 5 laxitives? please no dumb answers? and i am only 16, this morning i ate a full carton of blueberries, to whole bags of microwave popcorn, and 4 hotdogs seriously i hate excercising what do i do? will i lose bulk if i take 4 or 5 laxitives?
Best Answer: No. First off that many laxitives can hurt you and adjectives its going to do is make you crap not lose any weight. Secondly you need to examine what you eat if you want to lose weight. Control your calorie intake during the day. Use this calulater to find out what your each day calorie intake is and subtract anywhere from 500 to 1000 calories off your weight. Start cutting calories. You can do this by cutting portions. Instead of drinking the entire carton of blueberries, eat half the carton. Instead of eating two oodles of popcorn (seriously you ate two bags of popcorn?), eat half of a sack. Instead of four hotdogs, eat two hot dogs. You can lose weight but you need to do it the right bearing. It sounds to me like a lifestyle change needs to give somebody a lift place. No. You won't. You will, however, fuck up your digestive system for the rest of your life if you ill-treat laxatives. So you hate exercise - too bad. Deal with it and do it anyway. Unless you want to be overweight, of course. Go on a diet, it's not that hard to figure out. Eat doesn`t matter what you want, but eat HALF as much as you normally would, and drink a ton of water.
