Who here hate going to near counselors?
I certainly do because a lot of them don't understand what the youth is going through because they were academically trained not physically or mentally prepared. Like for an example a sociopath walks into a psychologists office who is a description and gentle being. How is the counselor going to sympathize and communicate with the sociopath? The counselor is the polar disparate. Know what I mean? How do you feel about your counselors for those of you who are dealing next to emotional issues, anger management, etc.?
Girl: I agree with you on that aspect but here are counselors that don't have the underlining symptoms and thus don't understand what it is approaching to be in that situation. All they know how to do sometimes is do what they remember what they learned from school. As for me I took psychology to grasp the basics of my problems for I have many.
Best Answer: i abhorrence going to my councilor they do not understand! they all say its going to draw from better but it never dose. my councilor said somthing to my friend and now my friend wont even talk to me. And when they say they totally have a handle on, how can they understand? they have been through this but how long ago be that?? And we've able to get two counselers fired (lol) but the point is counselers dont get it and i doubt they ever will!

I HATED GOING TO MY COUNSELOR. You need to change your counselor. They are just similar to gloves...if one doesn't fit right you have to move on to the next two of a kind.Information on symptoms of severe depression/suicide?
