Twiddling my tresses continuously?

I can't stop doing it and although it's become quite an issue I still can't stop. There isn't any sign of hair loss and I've done this on and off adjectives my life but it's just ridiculous a grown man who functions quite customarily, cannot stop himself. I just want to find out more. The only way to stuff it is by cutting my hair short which I don't want to do but I must in direct to cease.
Best Answer: That's a tough one. It's a habit. Habits can be broken. When you find yourself reaching for your hair, choose to do something else near your hand. Think of something you can do with your hand that would replace this behavior. Try working one of those tiny Rubix Cubes. Squeeze one of those Stress Balls. If your inoperative, wear a hat. This might make it more difficult for you to access your hair. I see comparatively a few people riding the train that have this problem. I hope you will be able to bit by bit reduce the twiddling. Best Wishes to you.
