I have a feeling similar to i'm just breathing during meditation..is that typical?
It kinda freaked me out..should I be extra careful about how deep i'm breathing or should I of late let it take its course?
kk well I a short time ago don't want to like not realize i'm not breathing and die or something lol. Idk if that could happen but I love meditating so ya.

A generalized decrease contained by body metabolism will manifests as decreased physiologic activity such as breathing outline, decreased heart rate, and decreased blood pressure.
