i cant sleep?!HELP!!?
im tired, exhausted and i can NEVER SLEEP sometimes i feel like im about to drip over.
i tried to sleep
and everything.
im really depressed so my mind wont shut down.
my mum wont let me have any pm's or anything to make me sleep due to a suicide attempt weeks ago when i od on 15 pills, im out of that hospital presently,obviously but i cant sleep, i really wantto sleep i cant.
what do i do
for example last night i fanaly fell asleep in the order of 4:30am woke up at 9am , ill pass out for an our or so , and then yeah , so i dont gain much sleep, im so tired.
im 15, the pills i took were.bleh.
pathetic to do it yah i know.
i cant just run get booze dumbass.
and i dont need people telln me im derisory, i already know, i was in the loone bin ospital , cos i attempted, duh.
tha fone, i dont talk much at adjectives so i dont use fone much. i hate television, laptop idc about its nil keeping me awake, but myself, i try to stop thinking, i cant! i .need.sleep.
