Can someone develop PTSD from years of seizure?
I had a brain aneurysm at age 23 and almost died. I needed brain surgery and remember signing forms that said I can die on the table.
Well, I am now 28 years old and own suffered grand mal seizures that start with blindness surrounded by both eyes for up to 40 minutes plus hallucinations and have been diagnosed next to multiple brain lesions. Every seizure means I could be bleeding into my brain and I hold to call 911.
The scary part is the 40 minutes of blindness and shiny flashy lights. I consider this has emotionally scarred me because I have severe madness attacks and I'm wondering if I could have PTSD because I think about dying adjectives day long! Help?
