okie well these past couple dayz or weeks ive been notion sad and annoyed with everyone and i feel close to my life isnt worth living but i know i should never commit suicide i know thats the wrong thing to do thats why i try my hardest to control myself and not think in the region of that. But these very little things get to me all the time and bring my full day down and i begin to feel miserable and dreadful... and feel like just sleeeping or sitting surrounded by a corner and doing nothing for hours! people at skool have said that im other negative but i know in school im pretty jubilant most of the time but by the end of the day thats when things go down... im other sleepy and i usually sleep alll the time after school... most of the time i shut my phone off or turn my computer off wreak i dont feel like communicating with any of my friends. and most of the time when inhabitants ask me to hangout i really dont feel like hanging out beside anyone and all i want to do is just stay in my room and a moment ago be by myself for the longest times...:(

i agree with wildboy and eliza.when reaction down listen to music that gets you going...some crazy song that will make you get up and waltz!!yeah everyone goes through this once in their lives, for example my friend went through a discouraging divorce and she was on meds for only six months.till she got over it. another friend of mine have a death in the family so she be on meds for 2 months. she is fine now. about two weeks out of every month it is said that females experience pms and go through some hormonal change and makeing u feel crazy like you want to hurt yourself or others. or you just consistency so sad..all these hormones uncontrolled and you dont even know whats going on..one more article,,,,the more you sleep...the sleepier you will be. what ever you do, do not take naps longer than 30 minutes and dont sleep more than 8 hours at nite. if you are a teenager it is commonplace to feel like that. at least that how i remember it. and see other teens. i see some teens that get hold of annoyed BY EVERYTHING. some good things to do:eat lots of fruits, drink lots of water. give somebody a lift long long warm baths,listen to good music,EAT CHOCOLATES, TAKE LONG LONG WALKS, AND ENJOY LIFE. it can be beautiful if you construct it. p.s.sometimes i felt like i just needed to get away...i didnt even know where...didnt know why, all i needed was to go somewhere , where nearby is green grass and trees and a breeze and a river...? lol.sorry so long. hope you feel better soon.

Are you bored a lot? I had a similar problem surrounded by high school and I was diagnosed next to manic depression and put on all sorts of pills and whatnot. The pills didn't work. You may or may not need professional help, but I don't have a sneaking suspicion that that I did. Maybe you just need a hobby to keep your mind from race. Maybe you get too much sleep. When you sleep it gives your brain time to cook up all the juice you need to get through the day. Maybe when you sleep too much you're throwing past its sell-by date your brain juice balance. And of course if you don't go and get enough sleep you're brain doesn't have enough time to cook up the right amount of stuff you want. Your depression could be a direct or indirect result of anything really. If you have a best friend or someone that you feel safe discussion to about this then force yourself to talk to them. If they precision about you then they will try to make you merry again.
