What are other colloquial herbal supplements for mod/mild depression,save for St.Johns Wort?
And,that are not $50-$100 a bottle..St.Johns is like $15 for roughly 200-300 caplets
I don't want to use any antidepressants that are prescribed,like Cymbalta or Zoloft..
I've researched Licorice supplements and 5thp.
Any ideas,and Personal experience near them please?
