After dealing with a great deal of stress, I closing up having intense episodes but I don't know what it's called.
After from a few weeks to a month of intense stress, I completely break down. Something small resembling one of my house member person irritated near me cause me to cry and that escalates into out of hand screaming and hyperventilation. Then, my jaws and fingers tingle and I am not sufficiently expert to stand. My familial other call them "anxiety attacks" but when I look up the symptoms for anxiety/panic attacks, my suitcase seem a bit more extreme. I used to return with them merely once or twice a year, but I've have two surrounded by former times month.
I also just now started taking anxiety medication and when I'm bad of it, I'm even worse than since. If anyone can front me to what I may enjoy and how to win rid of it, it would be much appreciated.

You're not, and you're not foolish either- it's a purely chemical problem. Medicine approaching prozac, or a cure for it is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. You should be in motion to a doctor and he'll discuss these things beside you.

They are extreme anxiety attacks. However, you WON'T bring rid of them, solitary medication can support you to own smaller quantity attacks.
