Anhedonia etc?

Anyone know any angelic foods for anhedonia? I read something roughly speaking bananas have slight positive effects, also my diet is reasonably poor next to not much protein could that be a explanation? Even meditation conceivably, anyone else have anhedonia?

Have you ever forgotten to take your meds or cant remember if you just took took them?

i also instinctively close to omega 3 (in fish oil). i filch at smallest 4 respectively time and it help me a great deal.
