Anyone out here with dreadful insomnia? I cannot sleep well.how just about you?

The baths, melt milk, OTC medicine and so forth do NOT work for me..the night are terminal on sketch of this.I (with NO drugs) be up for 7 days.and asked for abet, trying yoga, breathing exercises..ultimately end up within a hospital wherein they couldn't give support to any...but I preserve thinking that here MUST be an graceful route to kind-heartedly nose-dive rotten to sleep.anyone of yo uexperience this? If so...what do you do? Rozereum etc does not work for me..I am a die strong Insomniac..and set to listen...Thanks contained by mortgage.

I've have insomnia for years and my fundamental problem is my mind wont stop thinking. If you are arranged to sleep, ready to put forth some shot and donate it some time(a couple weeks of this routine and 1-2 hours per dark at first), you can sleep minus drugs or sleep supplements =)

First-Look up sleep hygene and gross sure you are following as frequent of these recommendation as possible similar to: no caffeine/stimulants, preserve the room muddy, cool and soft, turn rotten your phone, seize a loud devotee that will drone out other noise, view what you eat/drink for dinner or past due hours of darkness snacks, kind a chronicle of what you call for to do tomorrow so you dont stay up thinking nearly it, stretch, brush teeth, heat up shower, etc.
