Anyone punish themselves with bad thoughts?
Lately, I find myself injecting imagery of something I really hate-actually phobic about-into everyday thoughts. I'll be turning down the bedsheets and bam!-make myself see in your mind`s eye this thing--or I'll be intake and suddenly envisage this contained by my food, etc.. Pretty gross and twisted stuff. Why is my mind doing this to me??
