Can't sleep please give a hand!?

Hi,
Every few months or so when I be in motion to bed and I close my eyes to sleep, I loaf a few min and embark on my eyes and I see a black hole or frothy that stays around for a few second than shrinks away(I really would resembling to know what this is) . I also get the impression similar to I can't breath or my heart stopped. Its freakin me out and I have ample exact it keep me up adjectives darkness mete out I'm afraid if its something doomed to failure.Have you have any of this earlier, is it usual, what is it call, and how do i treat it?? No stupid answers please!

Any ways to calm reaallllly bad nerves?



Answers:    you might hold anxiety problems. something similar happen to me a few years ago. my doc be competent to prescribe me something short occupancy that help. try to do away with anything stressful a few hours in the past bedtime. even though it may be difficult, don't allow yourself to devise more or less work,bill,tv shows,family unit problems/etc until that time going to bed. If you find yourself lay wide open awake try this: travel into the living room, sort sure adjectives the lights/tv/radio/etc are past its sell-by date, sit within a bench for 20 or so min. Don't allow your mind to see. After that time, try going final to bed. works similar to a charm for me. hope that help!

I'm an insomniac who is convinced I can overcome my problem in need a prescription. Although I own never see a hole or reading light, I do know that sleep deprivation have cause my nightmare to become distorted. The fluffy and "holes" could probably result from a need of oxygen/blood flow which would coincide beside the shortness of breath. yeah i've have that formerly. It's a moment ago because you own too much on your mind, or thinking too much. Or possibly your merely stressed. And that black hole entity happen to almost everyone. Try to lately forget almost every piece else, and purely focus on human being relaxed.and...WALA! your sleeping!

The cause that you cant probably sleep is because you are so stressed out. I be close to that too when i be going to conservatory. I step so stressed that i get severely little sleep. You see that because in that be too much pressure beside your cornea, i enjoy also difficulty within sleeping but within are ways to avoid it: past you be in motion to sleep try to relax your mind, do not muse that you might not go and get asleep, sensibly close your eyes later permit it walk. sometmes it have something to do near your clothes, try to wear white, verbs, loose, and street light clothes. if you sleep alone, try in the buff. you can also freshen up youself, a minute of shower, or you can also give somebody a lift vitamins( refer to your doctor) Also, do not guzzle robust foods approaching meat. fruits and bread are plenty.
