I have an idea that im have this together anxiety cycle again ( Been through it a few times theese ending years ) Im constantly worried more or less things I shouldnt even be thinking nearly. But the las few times this happen I have somewhat control over it, in a minute its close to im have tough core frenzy attacks. Didn't ever step see a doctor in the order of it exact I dont want them to guess im crazy or anything. Ive be pounding vodka ( And Smokin a short time pot) a short time ago to try to sleep but I cant fricken do it ! What the hell do I do
