Forgetful or is it something more..?

I can't explain it but inside second of doing something i forget. Example: I get out of my vehicle and i locked the doors. I walk possibly 20 second away from my motor and i could overlook. I stand in that and i try to remember but i can't. I can't even way of walking away from it. i totally dance paranoid and i can't do doesn`t matter what i be going to do.

This is affecting my work too. I hold to go back over things because i can't remember if i did it or not. Can it be more consequently a moment ago self forgetful?

Depression symptoms only sometimes?


Answers:    i do that sometimes... its not a big operate if its freshly stuff that you know and do on a day after day justification similar to locking the motor... i find that this happen if i hold closely of stuff on my mind.. if you are really worried it wont hurt to see the Dr.
