Freaked out because of grease fire??

so ending hours of darkness i be trying to manufacture a funnel cake and the grease terminated up catching alight and i tried to throw baking soda on it to put it out but it didnt work, so i go and woke up my dad and he grab the jar and tried to bring it outside but it adjectives his foot and soon within be smoke everywhere and the fire alarm be going past its sell-by date and i be basically freaked out. so immediately im merely afraid of everything i do because i dont want another fire and i newly hold imagine stuff catching fiery within my house.. what can i do/?
