Have you ever taken Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

My counselor is doing that next to me immediately. Is it majority that I quality anxious & annoyed (a) 1st? Fear of correction & clean getting used to. I know it's virtuous amendment, & it's for the better. Supposed to minister to me. It's terribly difficult for me to try to alter my thoughts, especially that beside my OCD, I can't control the thoughts.
