How can you cure anxiety?
ive have anxiety for 8 months immediately and lamictal and prozac doesnt appear to work greatly okay and xanex isnt a well brought-up medication to bear too regularly, ive tried hypnottherapy, but idk, it used to be reall impossible where on earth my heart would see and i thought i would die but i hold some impossible times here and here, any warning?
Answers: There is no cure for chronic anxiety. It can be treated, provided the correct medication are used.
Neither Lamictal or Prozac are anti-anxiety drugs and I've no notion why you are taking them. Lamictal is for bipolar disorder while Prozac is for clinical depression.
Xanax is a tranquilizer designed to treat anxiety. If it does not work for you, try one of the other benzodiazepan class of drugs such as Valium. You call for not bring it every hours of daylight, since you refer to "discouraging times here and within." Just pinch the med as needed.
You could try looking up yoga. The poses beside the breathing can really comfort to quiet you down. Also, when you're surrounded by a stressful situation, it teach you how to stay focused and control your nerves. It's help next to my social phobia, so conceivably it'll work on anxiety too. i too would suggest some instinctive therapy
yoga, meditation, excercise
in shape food, vitamins, relaxing music
