How do I get rid of my bad dreams?

I hold unpromising dreams every single time I sleep, they bestow me such a wounded hunch when I wake up up.. how can I acquire rid of these dreams?

Answers:    I don't know if this works for unpromising dreams, but I used to hold like cyclical disturbing dreams of individual lost contained by a city and I'd wrapping up up on a glorious bridge over a river that be brown, muddy, and a strong current. economically sometimes it take alot, of days, once i have a horrible darkness mare when i be 5 it be a guy near a saw and i looked at the other houses and the window get sawed rotten, and he be red so if i looked out a windowpane he would be in attendance, consequently within the dream i run to my moms room but he almost get contained by so i run to a wall that have no window and he have a touch puppet near him, after i go to my parents room and hide underneath the blanket, and they woke up, and i started to shift by the skylight later he put his chief contained by it so i run and he cut of peoples head and they surronded are house, afterwards i woke up i lost my tooth that darkness so i found a kitty, and i go down to detail my mom the bleak dream and she said wow, and the houses looked resembling they look within indisputable duration beside the window baggy that be freaky for me when i be 5! and dont put away lots of sugar, and focus glad thoughts! Exhaust yourself physically so that when you sleep...you don't dream.
