How to avoid night terrors??

I have darkness terror 2 or 3 times a month for years, they slowly narrowed stale and I haven't have one for at lowest possible 2 years and concluding hours of darkness I have one! What triggers them and how do you avoid them?? I in a minute co-sleep next to my 13 month weak (and hold no plans to stop anytime soon) and I do not want to terrify him by wake up sobbing!!

Answers:    im 17 and i use to suffer from them, self wake up up sobbing approaching u, . i dont imagine the solution is not get through as much befor bed because i dont realy drink profusely befor bed. what i use to do be obtain a sodden cold towel and put it on my nouns and fib down that use to realy aid me. =)
also when i closed my eyes i made things worse, i cant realy describe how it only did.
they can also becaused by hysterical stress so clutch things undemanding beside your 13month older.
nightmares are diffrent to dark terror as a nightmare is when and ur sleeping and a nigh alarm is when you still partially asleep and partially awake and typically dont evoke what happened(you remember enjoy a hours of darkness dread not the 'terror')

dont chomp through too much right in the past bed

idk y but it cause nightmares
drinkings fine but dont put away profoundly b4 bed

What do you think the worst addiction to hve is alchol, drugs, gambling, overeating ,sex?
