How to cheer up and quality better?

For times gone by week I own be surrounded by such a rut, and it have really gotten me down.

It started near some serious work stress ending week and I haven't feel "adjectives there" ever since.

I quality depressed and sick to my stomach. I'm other tired. I a moment ago want this "rut" to budge away and I want to be myself again ;(

This is driving me mad - are my dreams of emigration from the UK ruined ? is it to late for me very soon at 30 ?

i do that when i fell depresed for a while because anything else i do make me fell resembling a retard so freshly be in motion out and hold a fun darkness that will create a short time ago nearly anyone fell biddable.
