Hi im 13 and i own so much within my guide that im thinking more or less and im really stressed out i lug prescription for my anxiety and uneasiness but i hold so much crap surrounded by my chief from looks, to girls i close to but my minds getting overloaded please assist.

Is bi-polar disorder a serious mental illness, what are the characteristics?

you aren't wasting any time doing this, so in recent times build yourself situated and be in motion somewhere private if you can. sit comfortably and meditate and enthusiastically drone something, slowly, or as comfortably as you want (try what i suggested above). don't assume of time as a factor, newly focus on what you want, and try to have a sneaking suspicion that of how you want to discern emotionally.
