find these nightmares most night of my elder brother. Most of them shift one and the same process, him trying to kill/hurt/chase me, my mother present surrounded by most of these situations. So concluding hours of darkness it go something similar to my mother be away for a week and afterwards my brother and I go to the DVD shop where on earth he be hitting little children, afterwards my mother come along. Then we be on some stairs going somewhere and my mother said something that get my brother angry so I grab my mother and started running into the crowd, my brother followed us, he considered necessary to eradicate me. Then my mother asked why I run and didn’t see how angry my brother be.
Every time he moves I grasp worried, every time he yell I carry anxious, anything he does I go and get worried. But I also repugnance him, I disgust him so much, I contemplate almost stabbing him, how I’ll stab him, where on earth etc. He tries to control me which make me really angry. He think he is my dad, which pisses me rotten. I don’t collaborate to him or interact near him, I distance myself or I do it terrifically once in a while. He threatened my life span a bunch of times; he come at me near a stick, he’s hurt me. My mother be present during adjectives these times she didn’t punish him. It’s be months and I still judge just about it. How can I stop have those nightmares?

Dont dispense any more drive or enthusiasm to it.don't try and analyse the dream itself as the dream is an incoherent and abstract phantasy...but REMEMBER it is feed by some small sincerity surrounded by your day after day duration which is feed anxiety (not fear).
While you are awake you can control anxiety to a amount but when you are asleep you hold no control over it.
Identify what is cause your anxiety and try and join the problem person in charge on - after that this will see you to first relax and next sleep again properly.
Do you antipathy your brother within real-life? He must hold done something doomed to failure for you to dislike him so much. My grandad have a continuing nightmare where on earth he is also getting chased, but he never see the creature chasing.

draw a picture of the dream, when youre done, gash it up and throw it away. it worked. and try taking a soothing tub in the past bed to prevent it. that help prevent adjectives nightmares.
