I bang my head on the wall when i am pissed...?

I am 15 years old-fashioned. It's not straight away... when the anger mounts up surrounded by me and it is impossible for me to control it anymore, i tap my chief of the wall (the front part) and adjectives anger is gone contained by a second!

Now, i dont detonation it too rock-hard and not so softly any, but will it do serious break to my brain? Its be going on since i be 12 and i am clearly alright till very soon... Thanks!

P.S. presently, even if someone hits my lead beside a cushion, it starts hurting a bit!

I'm Depressed and i don't what to do?
