I can't sleep lacking alcolhol?

Crap...I own tried it but I enjoy found that if I do not drink my sleep is restless and my dreams are terrifying as hell. Im at around a 6 pack of beer a hours of daylight (Canadian beer, thats around a partially bottle for you Americans) and I find minus it my brain is agency to alive and I a moment ago cant bring to sleep. Eventually I do but even when I sleep my dreams are startling as hell and I keep hold of wake up. There have to be a middleground...Can somone facilitate me?

Iºve made mistakes and have got plenty of regrets from over these former 6 years. I want/ need a fresh start.?
